Can't find any reference to 'Starter Guard' in the manuals, what is the alarm code?
Manual here if you want one....

as mentioned before check your oil heater .the start guard monitores this
if all else failes switch a startguard card from a near compressor .to verify its operation and if needed buy a new one it is not that expensive
in order to reset a start guard .u need to turn off the power supply to the start guard
this is only if u messured your currents and compressor parameters and found all ok
