Following on from a lead given by ACR News...
There is a commercial website in the UK which has Mitsubishi and Toshiba documents available for download.
You do need to register with the site and full access is not given straight away, took me 24 hours so not too bad.
I am not affiliated with them at all.

Don't strip the site bare though, be gentle with them, we don't want the resource closed down :D
