No water dipensing

I have a Samsung srs2028 american style fridge/freezer.
The filter warning light is red and no water is being dispensed, how do I sort this? Thanks anybody

No water is usually due to water tank frozen - probably due to lack of defrost problem. The filter light is reset by pressing/holding bottom 2 buttons. This has no effect on dispensing, it is only an indicator.
Possible problems are defrost heater, sensor, thermal fuse, evaporator cover
