Hi all,

each time we do an intervention on a unit we have to wright a "leakproof " form/paper.
this cind of paper has bin created by a governement proved organisation.

i want to now how the form looks like in other country's.

Ice, you can use whatever form you like, only the important items must be found on this paper, it even can be a hand written A4 paper or even on a piece of toilet paper :o

In the UK its up to the different companies to sort out what commissioning/ service sheets they have. Some do not have any, others design their own and some use copies of the manufacturers.

So for pressure test records the only answer is your lucky to see it at all.:(

we are composing are own forms whit everything we can think of as for leak- & pressure test. but as i said before, 2 donkey's are smarter than 1. and whe prefere the A4 paper, never now if the toilet paper has being used before :confused:.
