electric starter panel for chiller

can anyone help me? we know that so many electric starter panel that use for chiller, there is solid state starter, autotransformer, part winding,
star(wye) delta, etc and what are factors or consideration that we should know in choosing the suitable electric starter panel for chiller?

It only depends on which type of winding(s) the motor on the chiller is - which start type the manufacture recommends or even demands.

If it is star-delta use star-delta starter . If part winding , it will have two contactors with individual overload relays with a one second timer to swich on the other part winding . Choose it appropriate.
