Hello Everyone
just wondering if anyone has come across these units we have one of these units unable to start with E41 fault flashing.I have tried to reset and I have no idea what it is.

Would please someone give me a direction.

What make is the controller?

Thank you Brian,I believe its microtech controller.We have been in touch with quartz but they went south about 8 years ago and bought buy TEV ltd and they don't have any records of these chillers.

I just need to know what is that E41 for.
