Yes, I tried, but I haven't found any information on that theme yet. Search engines and other forums say nothing about heat calculation of the of the eutectic plates :(

Try google "doleplate refrigeration"
It worked for me. I don't know anything about them nor do I wish to learn so thats all I can suggest.
