F gas equipment log folders

What are you using to store your equipment logs for each piece of kit in a plant room, I was thinking along the lines of a transparent A4 folder like this one from staples, http://www.staples.co.uk/ENG/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?Description=UK_CL_Portrait_Polyfiles&CatIds=21412,21495,87569,94094&webid=13263&affixedcode=WW+ one folder for each piece of equipment, anything better available which can be attached to a wall of a plant room or inside a cellar etc that you know of.

I'm thinking of getting some of those hinged electrical style boxes you open with a key (the type used for control panels) to put the info in as most of my customers will lose anthing otherwise. Will label them up F-gas log book or such.

Exactly what I was thinking, from what I can work out this F gas malarky with the right approach could be financially rewarding.:D
