in Belgium there is a hotline for Daikin and McQuay but also a SMS line. when you have a fault code whitch you don't now, send a sms message " fault ....(the code)" to 0032(0)479/69.69.68 and the explanation for that code come in answer to your celphone.

do they have it in other country's to??

Yes but Toshiba's UK helpline is 24/7 and it's an engineer at the end of the phone - the best service from a manufacturer by a loooooooong way

i agree with multi, i was very impressed with toshiba, i rang at 9pm on a thursday and got the help i needed.

LG in the uk also have the same sort of thing where you SMS the fault code and get an automated reply stating what the system is trying to tell you

so as a understand correctly,daikin Belgium is running behind and present something new,but in fact borrows the idea from other country's.??
