SP34E?? R413A(Isceon 49)

Hello Guys!
Just want to know the physical and chemical properties of SP34E and R413A (Isceon 49). I tried to look on the web but I can't get the right info that I need. Do you know any links that can help me???

R49 for R12 replacement, R59 for R22 replacement, R69 for R502 replacement.
Do not use any, all have high discharge pressure problems, if condenser is marginal with older system. You will kill compressors real quick with a high ambient situation
