I know that the COP of Chillers (electric and heat driven) can be improved and achieved by decreasing the condenser and evaporator pressures. Are there other ways to do it?

No, it can be achieved by decreasing the condensing pressure and increasing the evaporating pressure.
Other means to improve it are:
1) reducing the pressure drops across the plant (better pipe design)
2) improve the compressor volumetric efficiency and reduce the blow-by
3) keep the load as constant as possible over time and season
4) improve the insulation around the cold parts of the circuit, from evaporator to suction
5) increase the subcooling

Yes, Chiller COP improvement can be achieved by decreasing the condensing pressure and increasing the evaporating pressure and by other means you have mentioned. Can you give me roughly the percentage COP improvement for each one of them? Thanks!
