Daikin RZP1450V1 Main Board

Hi,

I have a main board from the above unit to repair for a friend. I has some damage to two 25V supply capacitors, CPS28 - CPS22, but no burnt tracks or obvious faults or cracks on the board.

The main board number is: PC0104H-1D.

The high voltage [400VDC] capacitors, CPs1 - C11, seem OK and measure at rated values.

Does anyone know where I can source a schematic for this board and what faults might be common on this main board.

The unit is a ducted single phase system.

There is some residue on the board from geckho's and small mice which will be cleaned off.

there is a wiring diagram for the unit but you will not be able to get one telling you which component goes where.
contact cservices@daikin.co.uk and they will pass the enquiry to technical for a wiring diagram.
