Here in Malta all the distributors are installation contractors as well. It is for this reason that we are searching to buy Japanese brands from abroad so that we can compete with the local distributors. Our installations varies from small splits and vrv's to large water chillers. All suppliers will be expected to give full support from software to aftersales support.
