Have a deal on this unit and would like to know if anyone would recommend it or discourage it for a residential install. It was used for less than 2 years then winterized and stored since. It's a older unit mfg in 94 and not sure of the seer rating but call "High Efficiency" on the label. That meant something different in 94 and would like to know if anyone knows this unit. It's a 5 ton unit replacing a 4 ton. 23 amp, 9lb 2 oz.

PS also have the air handler and coil that was installed at the same time. I've been offered both units for $400. Both came from a commercial demo with multiple (5) units
