Samsung RS21DCNS Panel Fault.

We have a Samsung RS21DCNS, with Ice make and cold water points. We have had to defrost the water lins due to freezing. Since having the Fridge/freezer turned off for the defrost, the panel has not returned to life since replugging the unit.
Light comes on in the fridge, but the temperature indicating panel shows no signs of life.
Is the a quick, and preferably cheap fix for this?
Is there a problem with the PCB??

Dear Check for the thermal fuse or defrost circuit connection as i feel that there is a loose coonection.
