Hi Friends,
Need your help
we have McQuay air cooled chiller
its giving alarm for maintenance of chilled water pump
we already completed the maintenance
but my question is how to reset the alarm
the chiller is working normal only the alarm is poping up
can anyone of you help or advice on the same

is the alarm intermitant? disconect the waterflow swich to see if it is that thats cousing the fault

No alarm is constant, just blinking on the display board. disconnecting water flow switch causes chiller to off on no water flow

I want to know that if the oil lift in the entire system and the alarm show low oil level switch and not getting start then how we can recover the oil from the system in macquay PFS chiller

I want to know that if the oil lift in the entire system and the alarm show low oil level switch and not getting start then how we can recover the oil from the system in macquay PFS chiller

1. top up the oil and start the chiller, when oil recovered, drain the oil out.
2. bypass the oil level switch and start the chiller. the oil will come back soon.
to make sure your system is enough of refrigerant, other wise, it wouldn't help.
