Hi.
I am just learning the trade and feel I am getting very good at it. The company I work for however are not that great. When it comes to charging a unit they have bad methods. For example. Just charge a R22 air con unit to around 50psi. And charge a fridge until it starts to sweat back. These I know are not the correct methods. After reading some threads I am hearing alot of you guys talking about superheat and subcooling. Can anyone please give me a little more info on these and recommend any good books so I can learn about this in simple terms.
Many thanks
