York chiller problems

Hi I have a York Chiller model YCAS1065EB50YF being a four circuit, air-cooled screw compressor liquid chiller, operating with refrigerant R407C all connected to a single evaporator. The end plate appears to have warped meaning that only two out of 4 circuits work. Has any-one else had this problem and how was it solved? We have changed gasket - lasted 2 3 weeks. Then fitted 2 gasketts failed within 2 hours. Refitted 1 gasket 1 of original faulty circuits pressure tested gasket failed - now being used with circuits 3 & 4 only working - :rolleyes:HELP PLEASE URGENT:off topic:
