there is a huge amount of ice as you see on the picture. Whats seems to be the problem?

its an Samsung RS20CCSL.

please i realy need help to fix this problem.:confused:

Leave it off until fully defrosted, suck remaining water, and then clean drainage tube. Check if drainage is ok after cleaning by pouring some water in tub at bottom of evaporator.Water must not stay in tub.

where is that drainage tube?
is that the rubber tube at the backside of the fridge near
"the black thing?"

Imagine that you have bath tub with drainage. At the bottom of tub is drainage suction opening. In this case that is tub below evaporator. You need to clean water path from that opening to where ever that water is drained. In 99% cases that is in plastic pan above compressor where it evaporates from compressor heat helping in compressor cooling.

I am not Samsung guy, but that looks to me as drain hose.
