Hai,
When return duct from the space getting in to the ambient zone(say 19°C) without the Insulation condensation get happen;; at the same case when the return air get entered into the mixing box in the Airhandling unit along with the fresh air in the ambient temperature say 52°C condensation not happen ;;

Can anybody plz explain the concept of the above

You're simply reaching the dewpoint of the surrounding air.
