Semi Hermetic compressor maintainance

Hi there i have struck a wierd question in my studys about semi hermetic compressor maintainance the question asks the checks manufacturers recomend on doing after a certain ammount of hours of use.

Question: Briefly describe the inspections that are required at the following time periods

1. After 5000 hours or 1 year

2.after 10 000 hours

3. After 20 000 hours

i mainly deal with aircon so dont really strip down and rebuild compressors at all. Be great to get some insight from you guys

after one year ,yuo will check the oil pressure of comp
2.oil condition of com
3.compressor ratio
after 1000 Hr
1.change oil filter if installed
2.checking of suction and discharge flapper valves
3.checking and grinding of valve plate if necessory
after 2000 Hr
1.changing of suction and discharge flapper valve
2.grinding of valve plate
3.changing oil and pressure rings
4.checking of piston clearance
5.checking and resizig of connecting rod
6.oil pump resizing
checking and changing of main bushes if necessory
7.checking of motor winding insulation
8.checking of comp mounting
