Try www.cornelius.com (http://www.cornelius.com)

It would appear that Post-Mix Refrigeration is used in machinery such as Soda Fountains.

The cornelius site has a downloadable PDF showing the working of one of their machies.

At least now you know what it is.

I doubt if you will find any training courses, unless you can train in-house with a manufacturer or maintenance company.

What type of training do you need and for how many people.
Those refigeration systems are simple enough. They only build up an ice bank in a water tank and then the mix is passed through it to cool it down.

The term "post mix" refers to the end product, it is not a special type of refrigeration.
