Dear administrator,

The cascade refrigeration system for low/superlow temperature is a usual application. Maybe a lot topics to be discussed and communicated. So I think it will be helpful to all. Do you think?

Yes indeed such a forum would help pool the world wide expertise on systems .

Another forum would be of interest to many would be CO2 refrigerant application where a lot of info is needed .

Maybe difficult to decide if creat the cascade forum folder?
Two stage cascade, auto-self-cascade,-60~-80C,less than -100C,etc. Many issues to discuss.

I would be very interested in a forum for cascade refrigration, I have been working on them for 16 + years and still have so much to learn.

I might consider a forum on Process Refrigeration. This area tends to cover almost all of the highly specialized forms of refrigeration. And if interest unfolds it might be useful to have sub-forums under that main category.

However, I think starting a single dedicated topic for its own forum is not warranted.

Let me know what you think. If there is enough interest I will take it up with the other mods and the boss of RE.;)

Process Refrigeration is a better way.
I advice to creat a cascade refrigeration folder collecting all the correponding threads together. Not a new single dedicated forum for cascade forum.
A long time ago there is not the industry forum folder and the following CO2, Hydrocarbon, etc. sub-folder. After all folders were set,the discuss topics were collected. It is better for us.
I don't know if I have expressed my ideas.

US ICEMAN,
Thank you for the feedback, I am a new user of this site and just figured out how to find responses to my suggestion. I am still unclear about the format forums and folders, however I am sure your suggestion makes sense and I just need to learn the system.

What you will see when you look through the many different forums already here are general headings. If the topic you want to post on seems to fit under one of the general headings, then please post it there. If one of the moderators feels you posted something in a place that might be more appropriate somewhere else, they can move it.

No harm done either way.;)

I think putting a cascade section or ultralow section would be very beneficial to all service engineers that view this site. Putting it under process refrigeration is fair enough. Forgive me for i have not looked before posting this but does any know if they have made a cascade section yet?
