I heard that the company building the Burj have taken on a lot of new people, but generally the situation there is much like the rest of the world.
We had a HUUUUGE job, that would have been half a years turnover, but the new site has been canned and it is staying where it is for now ;-(

I had a look on Google Earth a little while ago and my old villa just up the road fom the Coral Beach hotel is still standing. I guess that my old GRP factory has gone now since the polyol factory next door burnt down a couple of weeks ago...

Sorry for late reply, i had no internet connection. i want to the all of you for welcoming me to your forum. it is really nice to see many memberd from UAE over here.
i am very excited, new to the refregeration feild but willing to learn alot.
al though i have been positioned in the Plate Heat Exchanger Dept. but i wanna learn about load calculation starting from basic stuff and going toward advanced. if anyone can give suggestions for any books available in UAE, online sites, or PDF files your more than welcome
