I've got a walk in cooler at work with two seperate systems. (so feed back is not critical) each system has 2 Evaps (imeco) with TXV's. R-22 is the refrigerant, Copeland Copressor, noticed it not pulling down temp. the compressor is running for a few minutes and its pulling down into a vaccum and trips into an internal overload and restarts. the discharge pressure is staying around 102 psi (which converts on the enthalpy chart to 60 deg. fahrenheit which was what the ambient was at the time. any suggestions

the discharge pressure is to low, R22 has to have around 168 - 196 psi.
its seems to me that you have a lack off *****. or the condensor to cold

Check for leaks.

This might be due to a loss of refrigerant, or, the head pressure might be too low. I'm betting it is more likely due to leaks if it is pulling into a vacuum.
