i need to adjust the ART timers on the above chiller from 600sec to 300 the chiller serves a critical data centre by the time the timer recycles,a remote high temp alarm has activtaed, can anyone tell me how to do this.

Sound like you have a water capacity problem more than an ART problem.

as far as i remember the timer shortens itself dependent on how quickly the water temp is rising, have you a decent sized buffer vessel? are the compressors loading/unloading alright?
