Having some island meat case issues.

i recently worked on a island meat caseit is a hussmann case, has six evap coils. only three coils iced up all fans operating S.H at 10 all coils L.L.S.V for defrost and tstat. Valve is holding de iced cases happened again what am i missing?????

what sort of SST is it running??
got high humidity in the store??
got an unordinarily low shopfloor temp??
what are the defrost settings (duration and length)??

when you six coils and ony 3 iced up, is that back to back cases with 1 coil per case (6 cases and six coils total - 3 per side of the island)? Or a true island style case with 2 coils in each case (1 coil for each side of the island making 3 cases in total)??

Find what is common for that 3 coil and that is probably the cause.
