Hotpoint Help

Hi everyone, new to site need help on a hotpoint fridge freezer FF187E, power is on no LED, compressor not running,checked compressor cap this is fine checked klixxon this is fine, checked windings they are fine, there is a circuit board on back, this board looks ok, no burnt areas, and there is power going to board, plus three thermisters/thermostat wires coming into board with power, everything tells me it should be working but nothing at all, has anyone else had this problem with hotpoint.
