Anything is good. A picture posted of the unit your working on, more info about the problem with the unit, anything. If I told you how many people I help everyday, you would be shocked. Some nice folks even send me a t-shirt and some info about were they live. I love it! Most don't even get back to me after I help though... or 500 more see that I helped and flood my inbox with demands for manuals.
Allot of people have helped me along the way so I don't mind helping. Just seems a bit more rewarding when something... anything, comes back.:D

I didn't think so either but what people have across the pond is all differant than here. Closest I have is a TS500
