This is the general story of a jobsheet a collegue showed me yesterday, i have not made this up.

Service call to water chilling plant on printing press as showing low water fault lamp and leaking water.

Drain valve closed, unit topped up with water, all now satisfactory.

And people say the customer is allways right.;)

Years ago, I got called to a bulk milk tank that wasn't cooling. Topped up water level and away she went.

In a moment of madness I put topped up secondary refrigerant on the job sheet.
This lead to my then employer asking how much gas I had put in, and getting a bit arsey when I explained that would be primary refrigerant he was thinking of...:p

Best one I had was when I called to a dryer that wasn`t working, all it needed was switching on.
