TK 45-1930 Thermoguard uP VI

Hi all new poster here,
I'm an electronics tech that gets various modules dumped on my workbench, from all types of industries.
Have repaired couple dozen TK thermostats over the years.

Currently have a TK 45-1930 Thermoguard uP VI
reporting codes 3 & 11, return air & control on discharge air ???
is that right? are TK codes consistent between models?

don't know anymore about this unit presently, my customer would have to provide more info. (blood from stone)
