SXS Fresh Food Compartment on top is not cold [Archive]

Hi everyone.
I need help on this problem. One of Maytag MOD MSD2756GEB and Ser 1186295YQ has this problem. It is side by side fridge. The top part of refrigerator (fresh food compartment) is not cold as the bottom one. Any clue why it is problem. I tried check for frosty cycle and damper door all ready.

hi mtri.give maytag a call and ask to speak to one of their engineers.they are very helpful.had problems with one and their engineer put me right.good luck

Hi

The most common faults that cause this are :

Defrost heater failure
evaperator fan failure
