computer& communication room ac's reliability issue

Hi dear sirs

I know there're much difference between comfort AC and CR AC . How to deal with the CRAC reliability issue for it nearly runs whole day. Thanks!

As I know, if you need your CR AC System operate all the whole day with highest reliability, your equipments should be standby up to 400% of your capacity.

Many thousand units work in such applications with 100% run time without any issues. The lesser or NIL the system cycling, it improves overall reliability of compressor, electrical switch gear etc.

Provided the system is a standard one manufactured and tested in lab by the manufacturer ...

In critical application, where down time is simply a NO...NO, have a second system as a stand-by with automatic switch-over.
