Can anyone advise me where to download the Altherma Simulator software, i have tried the extranet site to no avail.

Are you able to buy Altherma equipment?...if so, the people you buy from should gladly give it to you free.

They do in the UK.

Hi Frank i am afraid not, they do not use it in Spain which absolutely miffs me.

the first Altherma i installed here was undersized.

They work on watts per square meter and not heat loss.

Hi Brunstar i am in Spain but belong to the Daikin UK Extranet and have tried from this site without success.
