air cooled condenser

Hi all, i was wondering if i can get some help from people knowlegable in the refrigeration business on the approximate cost for an installation of a env. chamber to a outside air cooled condenser. It about 50FT of lines, three of them. After that the lines need to be leak tested and charged (404A ref.). I got a quote and i think i might be getting sc...d
Any help would be great.
