High pressure gauge

Hi guys,
Does anyone know where I can scource an High pressure gauge up to approx 35 bar with a lazy hand indicator fitted? The problem I have is with an Airdale CUH4 heat pump that occasionally trips, I suspect on HP, although this is very difficult to confirm as I can watch my manifold gauges and all seems ok: HP around 22 bar. I leave the gauges in place as there`s other stuff to check eleswhere on site and at sometime it will trip, there`s no fault indicator and the unit will only reset when the main isolator is turned off and back on. The manual states that this is how the HP trip is reset. This is the reasoning behind my asking for a lazy hand gauge so I can confirm an actual HP fault and not dodgy HP switch or conrol fault.
The overload does not trip and the pump will restart ok soon after tripping so I don`t think it`s a over temp problem.

The Floyd gauge is the type I`m looking for. I could go for a pressure data logger but they are a bit pricey for something I`d probably not use again for a while.

Hi Glenn.
You may of tried this?
So if you have please ignore my suggestion.
Have you tried switching off the condenser fan supply.
Attaching a clamp meter to the overload supply.
Then observing whether the overload or Hp switch trips first.
Of course you could have a tricky one where (if fitted) the mechanical switching of the hp trip is tripping the Overload.
Alternatively slightly more long winded but have you got a second unit where you could swap the overloads over.
To see if the fault migrates?

Hi Grizzly,
I`ll give that a try, not due to go back till later this week. I`ll let you know.
Lots of other problems on the same site ie very bad installs of the ducting by take the money and run builders.
