Question on water tower condenser please help

I rescently started in the trade but i need to confirm on the proper way to take a subcool reading from a water tower/evaporative condensers:o

It is the same as any other sub-cooling reading. Measure your Drain leg pressure and convert to temperature with your T/P chart. then also take a reading of your drain leg with your thermometer. subtract the two numbers from each other and you will get your sub-cooling reading.
