Hi
I built an apartment block here in Manila several years ago.
We made a bad mistake as we put the bedroom in these small two room apartment on the 'inside' wall.
Now we have a problem with tenants wanting the aircon unit in their bedrooms.
There is a window in the bedroom with bars on it.... It is onto the inside corridor.
As we built the apartments as a House... all the groundfloor rooms go in off this corridor and they have a back yard at the back for their laundry.
At the moment they put their aircon unit in this back wall, as its the only airspace that is outside.
Now we have a tenant who wants her aircon in her bedroom.... the temperatures inside are high 30's.
Is there any way that I can 'duct' the cold air from their aircon at the back , across a room .. maybe about 3 meters, and through a hole in the concrete wall into their bedroom.
Any help would be appreciated.
Be Blessed
