Clivet chiller

hi,
i am finding it very difficult to get any useful info on clivet chillers..has anybody got the fault codes at least? i am getting E01 and E31, the model in WRAT-242.....

just seen this, if we are talking about the model with a red led readouts (3 digit and 2 digit) then E01 is hp trip circuit 1, e31 not shown in my book but an E21 is hp trip circuit 2 and e41 flow alarm on water side hope this helps

Hi Kev.
The codes appear to be the same.
Obviously both companies have not strayed from the carel originals?
I have questioned this myself previously.

E01-Evaporator antifreeze alarm-check the water flow and the probe resistance bydisconnecting it to its terminals.
E31-Module 1 off network- check the serial addresing card.
