If I had a theoretical heat source of 35°C (95°F) what CoP’s would I expect from a electrically driven vapour compression cycle heat pump to raise the temperature for hot water generation of 55°C (130°F)?
Is there an easy way to actually calculate this?
Are there any associated problems with having a heat source this high?
Also if i had a insulated water tank 1 meter high x 2 W x 2 L say 4000 litres of water @ 35°C (95°F) would I use the Newtons Law to calculate the reduction time of the drop in temperature.
If anybody could help on this it would be much appreciated.
