Hi All,
Well it hit 22 degree's here today and sure enough all the calls start coming in again. How do other companies cope with the extra demand in summer, a couple of options,
1) Run a nightshift, more sites now open 24/7 so plenty to do at night.
2) Stagger staff times instead of everyone working 8-6 so an engineer starts at 6am/8am/10am ect so early/late jobs done by enginners on normal time.
3) Just run as usual an rely on engineers working loads of overtime early in the morning and late at night.

Regards

Raymond

hi mark,

can you explain to me why people complain all the time, too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter :D

I would suggest the equator erea, but its too humid there,

so how about come here for the winter and scandinavia in the summer :)

hi richad,

the funny thing is that all summer WE are at the "hot" side and all winter, at the "cold" side.

yes, well known saying.
