Appreciate if anyone give their opinion on whats the best way to pull the temperature down on a brand new cold storage facility.

Room temperature today is @ +25c under construction
End result needed -22c

My idea is

Days 1-3 +4c
Days 4-10 +2c
Days 11-15 0c
From here drop 2 to 3 deg per day until room temperature required achieved.

During the pull down authorized access will be controlled

I suggest 5K per day except between +2°C and -2°C temperature, where it should be slower, for example 2K per day. That is how I was taught. But, that could depend on size. Bigger the size, slower shake-down.

The size of the room is 16000 pallets

We are doing big walk in coolers and freezer since 50 years ago
we had experience in this subjet and solve the problems cooling as low as posible. Normally 10 to 15 days
A big camera problem is if cooling is quick, the superficial superficie is soft and when the circulation of lift truck start, there is a lot of powder. . We use in the concrete and aerator and we applied a special liquid over the surface, for close the cell. If you are interesed we can send the namecomponents that our supplier included in the concrete, also the name of components of sealers,
Paint over superficie is lost time.
Normally we use do a very smooth surface using a helicopter
