YORK YCAM Controller problem

Hi All

We have a York YCAM A450. We had a major power surge recently which left the controller/Relay board damaged. The simptoms included:


All info was wiped, all set points, running hours ect. everthing displays zero.
Setpoints were re entered. However they reset to zero if the power is cycled.
We have replaced both the relay board and the controller as well as the eprom. This has not solved the problem.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Could you post a pic or link of the controller, maybe one of the other lads recoqnises the model number?

Hi everyone

We were able to source the default parameter set up from agents in Britain. With all the default settings manually entered we were able to start the chiller. However we still have to ensure that the parameters is not when the power to the chiller is interupted. I'll give some more detail on what exactly we have done on Monday.
