Having a problem with fault 701, hot gas thermostat contact open having trouble finding the cause. Does anyone have a wiring diagram?

HI, according to the Prodialog codes, 701 is a high discharge gas temperature fault.

Which probably means you either have a faulty probe or you are short of gas.

The probe is in the compressor head.

Thanks Nike, I had used an incorrect link earlier and then did a copy/paste. Somehow the original stayed underneath the link. :(

Could be a nuisance trip if everything else is in order. Carrier had issues with the DTS years ago. It is on a dry circuit. You ohm it out and it reads good, but the board does not see it as closed. Carrier tech support had me jump them out as they felt the breakers and HP control would protect the compressor and the DTS wasnt needed. Just food for thought here.

I don't speak english very well. Excuse me
The DGT cut off near 115°C. Check the SDT.
If you don't read this temp, you have 2 solutions
1/ replace the dgt
2/check the starter guard board (put a jump)

If you read SDT near 100°C
Check the compressor.

Thanks for your help guys turned out that the jump on the board for B3 had a loose connection...
