Hi,

I'm in rented premises (in Melbourne). The premises have an air conditioner installed, but I can't easily locate the actual plant.

The only item immediately identifiable as air conditioning is a remote control panel mounted on the wall in the hallway, the outside of which has the the word "emailair".

Inside it has an LCD screen and a number of buttons: A, B, C, D Up, Down, Day Override, etc.

It has the following numbers on it:
Emailair #VDO 0320 P/N M2605-00

There are no manuals or programming instructions available, and I wondered if anyone could help me source some documentation to help me to program the unit to operate correctly?

Regards

Ian-S

Hello Ian

Do you use Google as your preferred web search engine??

These guys deal with Emailair in Aus. http://www.emailair.com.au/

There are lots of other links available as well.

Seems like it is bog standard Airwell (French equipment) sold under a different name.

It's not a familiar name in the UK (Airwell is) but I suspect you have a country specific brand.

Good luck with your search. Maybe some of our 'down under' members can help.

Hi, Ian.
The emailair name goes back a long way but Airwell bought the company about 10 years ago.
The VDO type thermostats were generally supplied by a company called Enerstat in Burwood (Vic) try the local directory for them.
