Hello Everyone,
I need to build my own chilled cabinet!
I have just bought a Bakery that needs a total refurbishment - this is penciled in for the Christmas shutdown, but right now i need to carry out some improvements ASAP. I can cover the cosmetic work as im a former shop fitter and i trained as a bench joiner, but i dont know anything at all about fridges...
Problem: Sandwiches currently displayed in window without any cooling! I want to build a glass cabinet 1900mm long, 600mm deep, 600mm high - c/w internal shelf to fit the space i have available, but i need to know how to cool the unit. The cabinet would get very little direct sunlight and could be built with sliding doors at the rear or hinged, etc. I have no problem at all in constructing any type of cabinet (any pointers welcomed) - but cooling it, no idea........Can anyone help, or is this a daft idea?
