Denco Humidity Control

Hey everyone,
I hope somebody here with denco experience could help me with a denco humidifier.

We fitted a new humidifier to unit today, the previous one had been destroyed by calcium build up.
When i checked the humidity parmetrs everything was disabled eg
1 drain by low hum,
2 drain std by hum
3 periodic flush
4 unpowered drrain
I enabled periodic flush and set it up for 12 hours. Would this be okay because the water inthe area is very hard?
Could somebody explain what the other parametrs mean?

Setting up the periodic flush will definetly help. Did you take conductivity or water hardness readings even, before you changed parameters?

What are the water quality reading on site?

Also what version software does the unit have?
