Hi guys,

Iv just joined to RE and it seems like a grate site to be apart of.

im wondering if anyone could give me some advice on becoming a refrigeration and air conitioning engineer sub contractor. Im guessing contacts and word of mouth is a brilliant tool.

I know everyone has to find there own path and what not, and i do have a plan for the next few years with a partner, but i would really appretiate some advice on how you guys got started. just to see if what i have planned is the right course of action to take.

Network with other sub contractors and contractors. Build up clients then try to contract as the contractor takes the cream and I don't know any sub contractors who are rich. Aim to grow and employ other fridgies. Good Luck

You can try home warranty companies like American Home Shield. The pay is not great but it is on time. Good luck.
