Hello mate where abouts around the crancase is it leaking? if its the the drain plug it will have a fibre gasket or a cooper ring, the sight glass has a o ring , the sump it self has fibre or metal gasket, just tighten bolts up to 45ftlb on the sump, if still leaks change gasket

Hello,
Thanks for answer! The leakage is from the gasket on the sump, the metal gasket is replaced the bolt are tighten with the correct torque but it still leaking, not much! I have asked Copleland about another material in the gasket like fibre but they say it does not exist?

The refrigerant is r134a and ester oil, the compressor do not run much so the oil heaters 200W is on for a very long time may be that will affect on the leakages?
