I was reading about this novel way to blast freeze sealed products using an ethanol solution. I was wondering if the same effect could be achieved if I filled an ordinary chest freezer with an ethanol-water solution. Any potential problems that can be foreseen? Can I also replace the compressor with a larger one if need be?
